"I would just like to say how entertaining we found Malcolm whilst travelling to Brugge. He has a fantastic
sense of humor and does not take himself too seriously, unlike most entertainers. Being big Elvis fans we was
of course dubious when he anounced his tribute act, but i am very pleased to say that the show was brilliant, and
his version of Proud Mary and In The Ghetto stood out in particular. I hope to be entertained by Malcolm again soon."

I have just arrived back from a mini cruise to Bruge and had to write about the excellent service we had, we normally
travel on the Pride of Bruge, but had to travel on the Pride of York we were a little apprehensive but we could not fault
a thing. I don't usually name individuals but your entertainments manager Malcolm Tyler is an excellent host. He is warm and
friendly towards all, he made us laugh and entertained from start to finish, he even made bingo entertaining and included
everybody even if they were not playing, which made the bumpy crossing more enjoyable.

I would like to say that when we were told that we were having a new entertainments manager this year we were worried,
but Malcolm and his team stepped upto the mark, his team shows were good, and with the help of Kerry the childrens entertainment
was great.
